MCALESTER — Authorities are looking for a man who escaped from a minimum security facility here Thursday night. Joseph Feinberg , 40, was last seen at the Jackie Brannon Correctional Center during the 8:30 p.m. count, said Jerry Massie , spokesman for the state Corrections Department.
