Police arrest man in homicide in northwest Oklahoma City

Police have arrested a man in connection with a Nov. 26 fatal shooting in northwest Oklahoma City, Sgt. Paco Balderrama said.

Joseph Lartey, 18, is in the Oklahoma County jail in connection with the shooting death of Cameron Levon Roberts, 20.

Roberts was found shot inside his vehicle at tne northwest corner of NW 122 and Pennsylvania Avenue about 11:30 p.m. Nov. 26.

Roberts ' car hit the support wires to an electrical utility pole and it appeared to be a one - car accident with injury when reported. But on closer inspection, officers found Roberts was struck by multiple gunshot wounds.

Lartey was booked at 11 p.m Wednesday at the jail on complaints of murder, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
