Bear archery season
Oct. 1-23 in Le Flore, McCurtain, Latimer and Pushmataha counties.

Bear muzzleloader season (if applicable)
Oct. 24-Nov. 1 in the same counties. Hunters must call (888) 901-3256 daily or visit www.wildlifedepartment.com to see if bear season has been closed. Only 20 bears may be killed during the combined seasons.
