Flooding reported in Tulsa

Heavy rain came down in Tulsa on Thursday morning, causing localized flooding in some areas of the city.

Tulsa Fire Department spokesman Bill French said two spots are being watched by the city for possible flooding.

The intersection of 15th Street and Atlanta Place, near an overpass, has high water signs, but was passable Thursday afternoon.
