Some Jenks football booster club contributions against policy, review shows

JENKS — A review of Jenks football booster club contributions to suspended Jenks head football coach Allan Trimble shows that some contributions went against district policy.

And, after weeks of requests, the district has said where Trimble is now working and what his current duties are. Trimble is working at Jenks East Elementary School, 8925 S. Harvard Ave., while on suspension from his coaching duties.

On more than one occasion during the 2008-09 fiscal year, Trimble received money in the form of travel reimbursements from the Trojan Football Booster Club, according to booster club financial records released by the district to the Tulsa World.

So he's being paid 94,000 per year for doing nothing in the classroom and supervising no one (teaching salary plus his administrator's salary)?

At least they could have him sweep up for that kind of money.
