HARRAH - A Newalla man is accused of exposing himself using what law enforcement officials are calling the "quick draw method."

Michael Scott King III, 22, was arrested Wednesday on indecent exposure and weapons charges. King is a registered sex offender hailing from California who was convicted in 2008 of indecent exposure, police said.

Police Chief Eddie Holland said two women told police King approached them in a local park, pulled his penis through a hole in the crotch of his jeans and masturbated.

The two women ran, told a friend what happened and shortly later they found King leaving in an old truck, Holland said. They telephoned police while following the truck down NW 23 into Choctaw where King was arrested, he said.

Witnesses told police that on the way to Choctaw, King brandished a pistol, and one like they described was found in the truck, Holland said. When arrested, King had a hole in the crotch of his jeans, he said.
