Fifteen individuals and two organizations received Governor's Arts Awards during a ceremony Wednesday
Hundreds of arts supporters gathered Wednesday on the fourth floor Rotunda of the state Capitol to honor 15 individuals and two organizations for their support of the arts in Oklahoma.
The 35th annual Governor's Arts Awards featured an address by Gov. Brad Henry, performances by members of the Lyric Theatre and music by the Silver Strings of Putnam City Ensemble.
