The Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors installed 2010 officers and presented awards this week at its luncheon.
Dave Moeller, owner of Redbud Realty & Associates, was named president; Steve Mann, broker manager for Coldwell Banker Select, as president-elect; Chuck Harris, managing broker with Century 21 All Pro Realty Inc., as vice president; Lorna Koeninger of Paradigm AdvantEdge as secretary-treasurer; and Judy Lindsay, of Paradigm AdvantEdge, past president.
In addition, 11 directors joined the board: Mary Berry, Cindy Cheatwood, Karen Johnston, Linda McElroy, Barbara Harris, Gigi Faulkner, Bill Bateman, Mike Malone, Jennifer Johnson, Ryan Hukill and Bijan Ballobah.
Julie Stephens of Prudential Alliance Realty was named Realtor of the Year. Ann Wilson of Paradigm AdvantEdge was named Most Cooperative Realtor. Affiliate of the Year Award was given to Perry Duncan of First Commercial Bank.
