2nd suspect arrested in July 31 shooting death
DEL CITY – Police have arrested a second suspect in a July 31 killing they say is linked to a second killing the same day in Oklahoma City .
Quashay Waters , 21, is being held without bail in the Oklahoma County jail on a murder complaint in the shooting death of Anthony Parker , 20, Del City police Capt. Jody Suit said.
