Bradley Robert Lemmon, 25, Daniel Thomas Wade, 22, and David William Smith, 24, were charged Aug. 13 in Oklahoma County District Court with felony counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and cultivation of a controlled dangerous substance.

Lemmon and Wade were also charged with possession of proceeds derived from a violation of the uniform controlled dangerous substance act, and Smith along with Lemmon face an additional charge of maintaining a dwelling house where a controlled dangerous substance was kept.

Bethany and Oklahoma City police on July 14 searched a home in the 7000 block of Pebble Lane.

According to a police report, police found six marijuana plants and various items used for growing the plants.

Arrest warrants were issued Monday for Smith, Wade and Lemmon. Bail is set at $15,000 for Smith, $25,000 for Wade and $80,000 for Lemmon. Court records show Lemmon has prior drug-related convictions.
