LAS VEGAS (AP) — Three more Nevada casino operators have passed the first hurdle for an online poker license.

The state Gaming Control Board on Wednesday recommended interactive gambling licenses for Boyd Gaming Corp., Station Casinos and their founders' Ultimate Poker brand, and the Golden Nugget.

The Las Vegas Sun reports (http://bit.ly/Pb1XHH) the Nevada Gaming Commission may consider the three recommendations at its Oct. 18 meeting.

Interactive licenses allow a company to operate online gambling sites for live players within Nevada borders.
