3 Wichita men waive extradition in homicide case

STILLWATER — Three Kansas men charged with killing a man in Hutchinson , Kan. , have waived an extradition hearing. Still, a Reno County district attorney in Kansas said he's working out the details with Oklahoma authorities on whether the men will face weapons charges here.
