STILLWATER — Three Kansas men charged with killing a man in Hutchinson, Kan., have waived an extradition hearing. Still, a Reno County district attorney in Kansas said he's working out the details with Oklahoma authorities on whether the men will face weapons charges here.

Ronald Beard, 21, Aubrey Oliver, 18, and Felton Williams Jr., 29, were arrested on Monday after an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper pulled them over in Stillwater for running a stop sign.

The three are accused in the shooting death of 21-year-old Kenneth Orlando White in his home early Monday.

Troopers reportedly found two guns stolen from Kansas in the vehicle and arrested the trio on allegations of knowingly concealing stolen property and transporting a loaded firearm.
