HEALDTON — A 37-year-old woman has been charged with first-degree rape and contributing to the delinquency of minors, after a 13-year-old boy told police the woman gave him prescription drugs and alcohol and had sex with him.

Diana Kay Mills, 37, is suspected of supplying alcohol and drugs and having sex with a 13-year-old boy.

Police said Diana Kay Mills confessed to having sex with the 13-year-old, but not with a 15-year-old who police said she also supplied with drugs and alcohol.

Healdton Police Chief Gus Handky said his office learned of the allegations Tuesday night when the 13-year-old's mother called him with concerns.

Handky said it's possible more teenage victims are involved, but they have not come forward or been identified.
