Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1 p.m. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny with a high near 66. West wind 18 to 23 mph becoming northwest 11 to 16 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 32 mph.
