94-year-old Norman man accused in sexual assault
A 94-year-old Norman man is accused of sexually assaulting a fellow nursing home resident.
Lester Pendergraft was charged Thursday in Oklahoma County District Court with rape by instrumentation. He is accused of assaulting a 67-year-old woman in September while they lived at Grace Living Center in Edmond .
