A man was shot and killed by a police officer in southwest Oklahoma City Monday. It was the second fatal officer-involved shooting since Saturday in south Oklahoma City.

A fatality on Grand Lake was due to a possible carbon monoxide poisoning, said Grand Dam Authority Police Chief Brian Edwards. The accident happened on the Duck Creek arm of Grand Lake.
