Judge denies lower bail for Lexington man

NORMAN — A Cleveland County judge has declined to lower bail for a Lexington man charged with first-degree murder in the drive-by shooting death of a 14-year-old girl in Moore. Cody Dallas Delano, 19, is being held on $3 million bail.
