A look at wind chills on Wednesday and Thursday, from the National Weather Service, Norman

From the National Weather Service, Norman Forecast Office:

Temperatures in the daytime Wednesday will range from near 10 degrees across northern Oklahoma, to mid 20s across the Red River Valley and western north Texas.

Thursday morning will be very cold when temperatures range from the single digits below zero to the lower teens! (Numbers on the graphic are wind chill values for this time frame.)
