A perfect start for the state
For lack of a better phrase and with this being an election year, consider the following as the state-of-the-union standings on college football:

Among states that have multiple Division I-A (FBS) programs, only one unbeaten state remains — Oklahoma.

Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Tulsa are a combined 15-0.

The state of Utah , which also has three I-A schools, is next at 10-2 overall.
