A&M regents dispute title of transparency ‘black hole’

The Oklahoma A&M Board of Regents conducts business in strict compliance with the laws in Oklahoma relating to open meetings and open records, a spokesman said in a prepared release Sunday.

To say the regents conduct business "in a manner to ‘thwart the public’s right to know’ is simply untrue,” Brent Gooden said.
