Catoosa mobile home park sold
CATOOSA — Edmond-based Keith Wilson Co., which bills itself as the only national mobile home park broker in Oklahoma, has brokered the sale of the 16-acre, 74-space Trails End Mobile Home Park, 27700 E Admiral Place, in Catoosa. Trails End MHP LLC, headed by Henry Keith, of Phoenix, paid $500,000 to Brian Cummings, of Catoosa, for the property, with the seller carrying a $250,000 note at 3 percent interest, interest only payments, for 10 years. The sale included 10 park-owned homes renting for $550 to $600 per month, with the remaining spaces fetching $220 to $250 per month. The closing agent was Marcia Chappelear with First American Title & Trust in Oklahoma City.
Architects group tabs president
Jack Morgan has been named as 2014 board president of the American Institute of Architects Central Oklahoma Chapter. Morgan has been director of architecture for Frankfurt-Short-Bruza since 2009. He earned a bachelor of architecture degree from Oklahoma State University and in 2002 and was one of the first architects in Oklahoma to become a LEED Accredited Professional — for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design.
Franchisee joins Sperry Van Ness
Sperry Van Ness-Land Run Commercial has formed in Oklahoma City as the newest franchisee of Sperry Van Ness International. The brokerage and property management services firm, at 114 NW 6, Suite 102, will draw on the success of parent company Land Run Commercial Real Estate Advisors, which opened in 2002, owner Johnathan Russell said. “Three things attracted us to the Sperry Van Ness franchise opportunity,” Russell said. “Collaboration with all brokers and agents for the good of the client, national exposure for our client's properties and SVN Core Covenants that put the client's best interest at the forefront of everything we do.”
OKC firm names vice president
Brett Price has been named senior vice president of Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort, specializing in leasing and sales of industrial properties. In the past eight years, Price has closed about $125 million in transactions. In 2013, he leased and sold 559,961 square feet of industrial space, including McLain Business Park for $1.48 million and 6601 S Air Depot for $7.6 million.
