NAI Sullivan Group announces the following transactions:

• Dandy Duster Sweeping Co. leased 1,250 square feet at 11621 N Santa Fe Ave. Sean O’Grady with NAI Sullivan Group and Chris Berryman with LaGree & Associates handled the transaction.

• Farmers Insurance leased 1,714 square feet at 2525 Northwest Expressway, Suite 406. David Hartnack handled the transaction.

• Troy Brown, doing business as Team Extreme LLC, leased 1,250 square feet at 2903 NW 36, Suite 108. Monica Turner handled the transaction.

• W&W Steel Co. leased 0.84 acre near the northeast corner of Reno Avenue and Indiana. Brad Baker handled the transaction.

• KRCW LLC paid $28,428 to MKR Properties LLC for 0.77 acre at 25 N Council Road. O’Grady handled the transaction. Anne Reggio with American Guaranty Title Co. was the closing agent.

• LSG Property Investments LLC paid $490,000 to Glen and Carol Mallory for a 29.95-acre mobile home park at 12140 Stoneridge, Noble.
