CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma announces the following real estate transactions:

• Eyes Ltd. PC leased 2,000 square feet of space at 6508 N Western Ave. Amy Dunn handled the transaction.

• Medical West leased 3,200 square feet of space at 608 W 18. Brent Conway and A.J. Jacobs with CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma handled the transaction.

• Guidon Inc. leased 1,921 square feet of office space in The Expressways, 2525 Northwest Expressway. Jacobs and Conway handled the transaction.

• The Butcher’s Block leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Newcastle Shopping Center, 745 NW 34 in Newcastle. Stuart Graham and Mark W. Inman handled the transaction.

• Valir Physical Therapy leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at First Capitol Shopping Center, 1726 S Division in Guthrie. Graham and Inman handled the transaction.

• Comfort Dental Clinic paid $180,967 for 0.61 acre at the southwest corner of State Highway 74 and Chandler Road in Purcell. Graham and Inman handled the transaction.

American Guaranty Title Co. announces the following transactions closed by Barbara Chatman:
