Oklahoma City police officers accused in drive-by resign
Two Oklahoma City police sergeants accused of a drive-by shooting have resigned.
Diron Carter, 31, and Michael W. McKethan, 36, were charged with a felony: using a vehicle to facilitate the intentional discharge of a firearm.
Prosecutors said they agreed to dismiss the charge in exchange for the officers’ resignations.
