Across state, a tough job

Here's the situation in the 24 counties included in Gov. Brad Henry 's state-of-emergency declaration:

1. Blaine County Power was still out Tuesday for Watonga, the county seat.

An estimated 250 homes and 21 businesses, mostly in Watonga, sustained damage, said Janell Wood , the county's emergency management director. Some homes were destroyed, although Wood wouldn't say how many.
