41 animals seized from pet-rescue activist in Sand Springs

SAND SPRINGS — Even though police seized the animals from her house this week, a pet-rescue activist says she hopes to find permanent homes for nearly 50 cats and dogs.

Police said they obtained a search warrant for a house in the 100 block of N Roosevelt Avenue and took away 41 cats and eight dogs Tuesday morning.
