Ada man dies in Murray County crash

An Ada man died Wednesday night in a Murray County crash, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Claims Ada man

An Ada man died in a Murray County crash, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Passenger Johnathan Matthew Hotema, 27, was dead from massive injuries at the scene of a crash about 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, 4 miles south of Roff on State Highway 1.

Driver Hannah Harjo, 19, of Ada, and passenger Mark Alexander, 38, also of Ada, were both taken to a Sulphur hospital and admitted with head and trunk injuries, the patrol reported.

Passenger George Edwin Baken, 43, of Tishomingo, was flown to a Norman hospital and admitted in serious condition with head and trunk injuries.

The patrol reported Harjo was driving north on SH 1 when she drove off the roadway and hit a utility pole. The car overturned.

Seat belts were not in use in the car, reports show.
