Still, the Cowboys are 6-1 overall, 3-0 in the Big 12 and taking on Texas tonight for command of the South Division.

They’ve not only survived serious personnel hits, they’ve thrived, a tribute to their improved depth through recruiting.

Tonight, of course, presents a greater challenge in a further test of how far the program has come.

"I’d love to have those guys,” said co-offensive coordinator Gunter Brewer of Bryant and Hunter, "because of what they’ve been able to do in the big games. I’ve yet to see, other than Zac (Robinson), who can be that great player in that key matchup game. We’re going to find out whether one of those guys can step up to the plate and make a play against a quality team like this.

Zach, you are exactly right, this is not about Dez Bryant, it's about Andrew Oliver and payback to OSU for him winning his lawsuit against the NCAA.

All u people who think the year long susp. is ok then u dont get it! He lied, ok he deserves to lose some games, but if lieing is all he did, then this is a joke! And if the NCAA found anything else they would of said it in this stupid letter. How can players accept money and other goods and only have to pay it back and come back after 3 to 6 games. This is all about the OSU baseball player who sued and won, period! This whole thing is a JOKE!!!! Just like the NCAA. He lied, he didnt take money or goods, the NCAA is telling kids you can take money or goods just dont lie about it!
