— Additional people are expected to be charged Friday in connection with the death of JaRay Wilson.

A charge of accessory after the fact of first-degree murder will likely be filed just before an 11:30 a.m. court appearance, said Angela Marsee, assistant district attorney for Custer County.

Proceedings against a second defendant will not be public, she said. Neither of the people expected to be charged were identified Thursday by prosecutors.

The two are not in custody, Marsee added.

Wilson, 16, was shot twice in the head. Her remains were found Dec. 17 near Weatherford.

Tucker McGee, 19, of Weatherford, is charged with first-degree murder. According to court documents, a confidential informant provided information that led to McGee’s arrest. Another man, Caleb McLemore, led authorities to her body and admitted he and another person gave McGee a ride so McGee could bury her body. has disabled the comments for this article.
