Aetna raises quarterly dividend to 22.5 cents

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Health insurer Aetna said Friday it is raising its quarterly dividend to 22.5 cents from 20 cents.

The company's next dividend is payable Jan. 31 to shareholders of record on Jan. 16.

Aetna Inc. said it is raising its dividend because it is confident it its strategy, capital position, and cash flow.
