After beating Texas Tech, Oklahoma faces Texas

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma is coming off a road victory against Texas Tech and is now preparing to face a Texas team that lost by a field goal to West Virginia.

No. 13 Oklahoma (3-1, 1-1 Big 12) cruised past Texas Tech on Saturday while No. 15 Texas was losing to fifth-ranked West Virginia, 48-45.

Oklahoma and Texas (4-1, 1-1) meet in their annual game at the Cotton Bowl on Saturday.

Landry Jones threw for 259 yards and two touchdowns against Texas Tech.
