HOLDENVILLE — Voters will choose between two Democrats focused on strengthening the predominately agricultural industry of House District 24.
Steve Kouplen , 57, from Beggs has been involved with the Oklahoma Farm Bureau and is a member of the Cattlemen's Association . He also has been a farmer and rancher for as long as he can remember, he said.
