How do AHL ticket prices compare to the Blazers’ prices?
Ticket prices for Triple-A American Hockey League teams vary. Some are comparable to what fans paid to watch the Oklahoma City Blazers of the Double-A Central Hockey League. Other prices were substantially higher, particularly the Chicago Wolves, who compete head-to-head in a market that includes the NHL’s Blackhawks, NBA’s Bulls and NFL’s Bears in the fall and winter months.

The Blazers played 32 regular-season home games this past year. Single-game tickets were $30 for seats next to the glass; $20 for rinkside; $15 for end zone seats; and $10 for corner seating.

The Wolves played 40 regular-season home games. The team charged $50 for seats next to the glass, then prices ranged between $35 in the lower levels to $11 in the upper levels.

The AHL champion Hershey (Pa.) Bears had prices more in the range of what Blazers fans have been used to paying. Single-game tickets were $23 and $17.
