Drumroll please …. H&M’s next designer collaboration is with New York designer Alexander Wang.
H&M has led the fashion industry as the pioneer of designer collaborations since its initial collection with Karl Lagerfeld in 2004. The brand’s 12th design collaboration will mark the very first time an American designer will work with the Swedish brand. The Alexander Wang x H&M collection will hit select stores and be available online beginning Nov. 6 and features clothing and accessories for both men and women. In addition to clothing, the collection also proposes a new take on lifestyle product offerings that goes beyond just fashion.
H&M was founded in Sweden in 1947 and is known for its fast fashion at moderate prices.
“I am honored to be a part of H&M’s designer collaborations. The work with the team is an exciting, fun process. They are very open to pushing boundaries and to setting a platform for creativity. This will be a great way for a wider audience to experience elements of the Alexander Wang brand and lifestyle,” said Wang.
