All-State 2008: Defensive Player of the Year Daytawion Lowe (Defensive Back)
This season: Lowe was part of the best secondary in the state, recording 127 tackles, four interceptions, recovering a fumble and getting a sack. He had nearly 400 yards receiving and four touchdowns. He returned all but one of his interceptions back for scores.
