With a weighted GPA above 4.5 and a 29 ACT score, Hearon has been hearing from multiple Ivy League schools, along with some Divison I-AA and D-II programs. But it's a tricky situation trying to find a school that fits all of his football and academic needs.
He wants a good education, but he also wants to play somewhere that gives him the best chance to succeed on the field.
“I trust God that he'll put me in the place that I need to be,” Hearon said. “But it's tough to find a place with a spread offense that's a good school and has the other things I'm looking for. There are schools out there, but I don't know which school that is for me right now.
“I'm looking around and waiting to see what falls into place.”
