Top Oklahoma court rejects abortion bill
Legislation that seeks to limit a woman’s access to abortions was declared unconstitutional by the state Supreme Court.
In an opinion handed down Tuesday, the court said the legislation, which contains several provisions including requiring ultrasounds for women seeking abortions and limiting a woman’s access to pregnancy-ending drugs, violated the state’s constitution that says legislation is limited to one subject.NewsOK Related Articles
