Minutes later, Pavatt entered the courtroom and entered a similar decision. Both were remanded to the Hidalgo County Jail where they will remain until Oklahoma authorities arrive to transport them to the Oklahoma County Jail.
Brenda Andrew and Pavatt were arrested Thursday by U.S. customs agents when they drove up to a border crossing at Hidalgo. The two were trying to re-enter the United States from Mexico.
Brenda and Rob Andrew's two children - Tricity, 11, and Parker, 7 - were found in another vehicle driven by Brenda Andrew's brother-in-law, James Bowlin.
Rob Andrew was shot to death Nov. 20 when he went to his northwest Oklahoma City home to pick up the children for a Thanksgiving visit.
Sgt. Rochelle Thompson, spokeswoman for the Oklahoma County Sheriff's office, said sheriff's officials would drive Pavatt and Brenda Andrew back to Oklahoma within the next 10 working days.
Following the hearings, Brenda Andrew's attorney Greg McCracken said Brenda was "nervous and scared and extremely concerned about her children."
But, he said, "she is not guilty of being involved in the murder of Rob Andrew."
