Angels setting up clubhouse pool on whether Josh Hamilton gets more boos or cheers in Texas return

Angels right fielder Josh Hamilton faced his former club. Hamilton came in peace.

Early in spring training, Hamilton said "There’s true baseball fans in Texas, but it’s not a true baseball town." That sparked a furor in the region that Hamilton still calls home.



The Angels are setting up a clubhouse pool on whether Hamilton receives more boos or cheers when he returns to Rangers Ballpark in Arlington on April 5. Hamilton expects to be booed.
