Pinto expects to call games for Oklahoma City team

"It's a bit of a shock,” he said. "It's really a short period of time to uproot and get re-established there.”

In Seattle, Pinto worked solo in the broadcasting booth. He said a decision if he will have a partner this season has not been made. He said there are advantages to both situations.

"If you get a game where both teams are wanting to run and it's a 115 to 110 type of game, an analyst can get in the way a little bit,” he said.

"When you have a game where the officials are whistle happy and there are 50 free throws, an analyst comes in real handy.”

On the Sonics TV broadcasts, Calabro worked this past season with Steve "Snapper” Jones. Gary Hill hosted the pregame and postgame shows.
