NORMAN — Oklahoma’s football team will host its annual Meet the Sooners Day on Saturday, Aug. 3 inside Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, the OU athletic department announced Wednesday.

Once again, OU athletes and coaches will sign autographs for children ages 14 and under. Each child can bring one item to be autographed, and can be accompanied by one adult.

A line for the general public will form at the stadium’s Gate 5 beginning at 7 a.m.

Children pre-registered as Sooner Jr. Kids Club members — and those wishing to purchase memberships — can check in beginning at 7 a.m. at Gate 7. Kids club members can begin receiving autographs at 10 a.m. — 30 minutes before the general public’s opportunity at 10:30 a.m.

The event is scheduled to end at noon.

Public restrooms will be available for fans, and those in attendance can park for free in campus lots and the Asp Avenue garage.

Fans can bring their own bottled water, but no other outside food or beverages. Bottled water will also be available for purchase inside the stadium.
