Another day with temperatures in the mid-80s in Oklahoma Wednesday

It is an almost picture perfect day Wednesday in Oklahoma. Temperatures will be in the mid-80s, but then the wind will pick up in the afternoon.

Oklahoma weather will be near picture perfect Wednesday until the wind begins to pick up during the afternoon, the National Weather Service reports.

Temperatures will be in the mid-80s in central Oklahoma. Then the wind will gust near 31 mph, the weather service reports.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Wednesday: Sunny with a high near 86. South, southwest wind 9 to 14 mph increasing to 17 to 22 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 31 mph.

Wednesday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 62. South wind 8 to 16 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high near 88. South wind 7 to 11 mph becoming north in the morning.

Thursday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 61. East, northeast wind 10 to 13 mph becoming south after midnight.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 88. Southwest wind 5 to 11 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon.

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 55.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with a high near 82.

Saturday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 53.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 76.

Sunday night: Mostly clear with a low around 57.

Monday: Sunny with a high near 83.

Monday night: Mostly clear with a low around 64.

Tuesday: Sunny with a high near 87.
