AP investigation finds inconsistent judgments in military sex crime cases. One involves Oklahoma resident

An investigation by the Associated Press finds a wide variance in how the military handles sex crime cases involving U.S. personnel in Japan. One case involved, Tina Wilson, a former Navy airman, now pursuing a degree at Rose State College.
