The Lincoln at Central Park was Gardner Tanenbaum's only institutional apartment development — meaning attractive to institutional investors looking for stable investment properties for the long term.

But the developer broke ground on another one just Monday: Lincoln Pointe, a 324-unit, garden-style complex at Interstate 240 and Air Depot Boulevard.

“There's just a huge demand out in the area from Tinker (Air Force Base) and all the aerospace companies,” developer Richard Tanenbaum said. “We're building the Boeing building, so we know 1,000 people are moving in.”
