Heritage Hall School faculty members were winners at the Payne Education Center Company Spelldown 2006. They faced a field of 12 other groups.

Susie Grimes pronounced all the words with style. John Kennedy was master of ceremonies. Payne Center Chairman Helen Sullivan welcomed the teams and handed out prizes to Main Street Parking for best costume and Wayland Bonds Elementary for team spirit.

Other teams in the Spelldown were from Casady School, Chesapeake Energy Corp., C.L. Frates and Co., Hillcrest Elementary, National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, OG&E, The Oklahoman, Trinity School, JPMorgan Chase and Westwood Elementary. Heather Griswold is the center's executive director.
