Untied laces, baggy pants help Elk City police make arrest

ELK CITY -- Police got a little help from a man's attire in taking him into custody when he attempted to flee.

The Elk City Daily News reports that the man's untied shoes laces and baggy pants slowed him enough he could be captured.



The man was arrested and taken to jail to face possible drug-related charges.
