FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — University of Arkansas football coach Bret Bielema has announced the signing of an offensive lineman from Texas.

Bielema says Zach Rogers of Hebron High School signed Thursday and is set to enroll in the spring 2015 semester that begins in January.

Rogers is rated by various scouting services as one of the top centers in the nation. He chose Arkansas over offers that included Texas, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Baylor and UCLA.
