FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas will travel to Mississippi State this weekend for a Southeastern Conference baseball series.

The Razorbacks and Bulldogs are scheduled to play games Friday night and Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

This marks the first weekend that Arkansas will face a ranked team. Mississippi State is ranked 16th in three different polls.

Arkansas has won five games in a row and has three shutouts in its last four games. The Razorbacks have won all 14 games they've played in which they've held a lead after six innings.

Mississippi State is one of only two teams in the country to average a larger crowd for its home baseball games. The other is LSU.
