Four robbers with guns bound a man and woman and ransacked their apartment in north Oklahoma City, according to a report released Wednesday.

Jenay Thomas, 21, told police she was walking from her car to her residence in Highland Ridge Apartments, 12601 N Pennsylvania Ave., when four individuals with guns approached her about 5 a.m. Friday.

Thomas said three men and one woman held her at gunpoint as they entered her apartment where her roommate, Edward Wright, 23, was sleeping.

Wright told police the intruders bound his wrists and made him lie facedown on the floor next to Thomas as they looted the apartment. Before leaving, they forced Thomas into a closet and Wright into the bathroom, according to the report.

Items reported stolen include three televisions, Wright's wallet and 20 pairs of shoes.

Thomas told police all of the robbers were black.

Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 235-7300.

Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
