Arrest made in kidnapping, robbery at Quail Springs Mall in Oklahoma City
A man was arrested in connection with the kidnapping and robbery of a woman at Quail Springs Mall in Oklahoma City after he tried to pawn her $21,000 ring, Oklahoma City police said.
